This is about the cheapest way to get a good selection. they are steel, nothing fancy, but they work. 6 gears for $11, the only way to get them cheaper is to watch ebay for used lots which come up occasionally.

Those are 48pitch, I think the stealth was available with either 32 or 48, so make sure you have te correct spur gear to go with it. I would reccomend sticking with 48 as they are a little quieter and plenty strong.

yes.
Pitch is the number of teeth per inch diameter of the gear. the higher the pitch the more teeth for a given diameter and the smaller each tooth is.
