Sorry if this was covered before....... I tried to search for this and came up with nothing. Do any of you know the sizes to replace all of the bearings in the original 6 gear tranny?
Thanks.

Re: Bearing sizes for 6 gear tranny?
Can you give me dimensions for all bearings to replace bushings in a 6-gear transmission?
You will need (2) 3/16 x 5/16 unflanged, (5) 3/16 x 5/16 flanged, (1) 1/4 x 3/8 flanged.
In addition, Mike Scharf, of http://www.robobugs.net, notes: "The 1/4 x 3/8 Flanged bearing is only used 1 time on the spur gear side. It supports the Inner Diff Plate #6617. The additional 3/16 x 5/16 Flanged fits the upper shaft on the opposite side of the diff. It is the one that's difficult to get the e-clip on. This is detailed on p.21 and the confusion some into play because there are no part numbers shown for either the bearing or the nylon holder it goes in. You might also want to note the size for the Outdrive bearings for those interested. They really add to the life of the tranny and are 3/8 x 5/8 unflanged." I buy my bearings from Avid rc bearings they are only one dollar per bearing.
