Re: Diff rebuilt kit

i just wish that associated would sell a kit that included the d-rings that some tc3's use as well. i have aluminum outdrives that are notched for d-rings in my oval rides and that would be a great help.

Re: Diff rebuilt kit

here is what i reccomend for an original 2.25 tranny either rc-10 or rc-10t. there is a whole associated kit still available that most people dont know about. the kit is actually for a tc3 touring car but all of the diff parts even the rings are the same. most hobby shops even stock them since they ...

Re: RC4-10 WORLDS BUILD

you found a source for belts, where? i would also be intrested in a slightly shorter belt for a custom project as well. i tried looking for a suitable replacement belt but i could not find any. they didnt seem to be a standard size that i could find, i just figured they were custom made for mip.

Re: Futaba FP - T2P Magnum Sport in RC10 Glitching

try another motor if you have one or cut the comm . i have had similar problems when brushes get glazed over and commutators get out of round. it causes more arcing which can cause more interference. this can cause the on throttle glitching you are refering to.

Re: Trinity CO27

[quote]Stay away from the Reedy Stockstar (junk)[/quote reedy just should have went ahead and put into production the motor that BIG JIM designed for them. the "reedy cobalt" was the fastest motor never made as he liked to put it. the project was scraped at the last minute because it would...

Re: 2 more XXXT SC trucks.

Mid motor'ing a xxx 2.43 tranny is a lot tougher than an associated yeah, listen to reg on this he is/was the king of this. his mid motored losi's would dominate dirt ovals. i successfullied mid-motored a losi xx retro trans for my jrx-2 edm and that was also a chore and took alot of machining as w...

Re: Which Stealth trans should I use?

daryl lane still has parts foe the lethal weapon trans, the only thing he dosen't have is outdrives. he stops in from time to time, if he sees this he could probably let you know what he has left.

Re: just bought a new daily driver

i was working on the magnum today and I found some ugly, mangled animal crawling around my engine bay so I removed him, damn factory air silencers. then i took out the lower baffle near the radiator and turned it upsidedown so it directs cool air up in to the unrestricted air box. it works pretty go...

Is that what they class as a 300C Chrylser
the 300,charger,magnum,and even the new challenger are all based on the same chassis.

Re: just bought a new daily driver

i just found out that this thing has 16 sparkplugs and no plug wires,2 for each cylinder. i guess thats a little trick they picked up from the dragracers. i saw on ebay that somebody makes a functional shaker hood scoop for it sweet. also i found a cool magnum forum that is just as knowledgable as t...

Re: just bought a new daily driver

i really hated to get rid of my s-10, it was lowered 2", with a 4.3l v6, had custom flowmaster exhaust, custom k&n intake, factory raspberry metallic paint. i really had my hopes on dropping in a 350 until the kids came along then there was no time or money. i wasn't about to get an suv or ...
