RC4-10 WORLDS BUILD
That's right, this is the only project that I've been working on. I've been hoarding stuff for a couple years and decided it would be cool (and just might work) so I started opening bags (yes I said opening packages of parts, sorry guys it took me years to cut them open if that makes you feel any better) and bolting stuff up. I still have some little things to work out and a few odds and ends to find but it's mostly there now. Waddaya think!

Just have to source a slightly shorter belt, some bits for the hydrodrive and would like to find a RPM front bulkhead

Re: RC4-10 WORLDS BUILD
if you get an rpm front bulkhead, you won't have anywhere to attach the brace for the upper deck.
nice build you got going.

Re: RC4-10 WORLDS BUILD
Hahaha....
What I mean is....some of the parts are newer than what I'm familiar with, so I was just curious if this was being built with a certain car in mind or time period....
Either way...it looks FANTASTIC!

Re: RC4-10 WORLDS BUILD
The parts are all from the very early 90s except the turnbuckles which I'll probably swap out once I find some nice ones, just wanted to get the car mocked up a little bit. I wouldn't consider it a period car since it really is sort of three cars in one, I just wanted to put together a car that is made up of the cars that everyone is looking for.
So I actually started this car a couple years ago and with my life altering events of the past year and a half it sort of got curbed. I'm happy to see it finally coming together, sort of symbolizes me getting back on my feet for me in a way. It feels really good to be getting back into my hobby... means my life is finally settling down a little bit again. Thanks guys for all your comments, I'll be sure and post more pics as the build continues!

Re: RC4-10 WORLDS BUILD
Nice project Erik, and good to see you feel well again! There's always light after the tunnel. I would appreciate bigger and less shady pictures here, especially from the front end. I guess it's very very tight there? Did you have to modify/cut the front end of the top deck? Why is the belt so long?

Re: RC4-10 WORLDS BUILD
Very neat car! How are you going to tie the top deck to the front bulkhead? Custom brace?
