What RC10 shell is this?

Hi all

Iam tottaly new to RC-10s and know nothing about them, Im a big schumacher fan and have only ever collected those buggies. Anyway my question is can someone Id this shell for me? I belive its a turbo mirage, am I wrong? if it is are these the same as Eric has just reproed?

on secound looking (fished out the un painted viper body i have here)

your right, the windows are different.

so i checked it against my b2 body, nope, not that

b3 ? nope

b4 ? nope
b4 crowd pleaser ? nope
b4 vortex ? nope
b4 jconcepts ? nope

so i came to two conclusions

1. i have too many unpainted bodys
2. i have no idea what the body is sorry

definitely a RCPS Mirage body, veddy hard to find nice paint job by the way...

whats the diffrence between a mirage and a turbo mirage as per the ones eric reproed recently?

That is a RCPS Turbo Mirage Body. Part # C120.

The original versions of this shell did not come with and ESC scoop on the left hand side. They were introduced on latter versions. I have one unpainted if you need photos.

You are wrong on this one.

The original Turbo Mirage (not Mirage) bodies did not come with scoop. They were introduced on th bodies later on ala Worlds Car.

The Mirage was a different looking shell. More boxed shape.

Let me know if you would like some photos of the Turbo Mirage bodies with and without the ESC scoop.
