Team Losi dedicating more advertising space to their National, International, and World Championship wins than to advertising actual tires:

That's a late 90's ad. Didn't they have older ones featuring the 2.0's?

Yeah, it's from 1996. Don't know for sure on the older ads as I haven't come across one... yet. 8)
