Does anyone know what was in the ultima parts bags?

I made some trades for a NIB ultima
I have bags 1,2,4,5,6,7,8, but I think I'm missing #3.
Unless 3 is the card that has the shocks, gearbox, esc, etc... on it?

Any help here would be appreciated, I've always been more into losi buggies but I couldn't pass this up

TIA, it's just going to be on the shelf, but I'd like it to be as complete as possible if it isn't already.

In the original manual they don’t break down the parts bags, however in the ultima pro, pro xl, ultima II, outlaw ultima, even the maxxum... the parts bag 3 is just the wheels.

Thank you. I wasn't totally sure, but it looked like it was all there. I didnt want to open anything up to make sure.
