Rotostart is fairly easy to improvise if you have a cordless drill.

You pull off the pullstart housing leaving just the back plate with the shaft sticking out of the back of your engine

then you take the one way bearing out of your pullstart or get a new one

you find a small socket (1/4 inch drive works best) that the one way bearing fits into, you might need a wrap of electrical tape around the hex to get it to fit snugly into the socket.

then you take an extension that gets the end of it far enough away from the motor to use the drill

finally you get a 1/4 inch drive bit and chuck it into a cordless drill.

Make sure the drill spins the correct direction and you are set :)

HG used to make a rotostart shaft to fit a drill. If you can find one they are easy to use.

Sullivan Tiger Drive is another option.
