92 MASAMI WORKS YZ10
92 MASAMI WORKS YZ10
Well first i would like to say a big thanks to Wydraz for selling me this awesome buggy, over the last 2 months i thin k we exchanged over 200 emails off me just asking him newbie questions and i must say i have never met a man so patient and so happy to help with so much knowledge of the YZ10, i have always loved these buggies since i was a teenager when they first came out but i must say i knew nothing about them except that i wanted one and over the last 2 months Wydraz has passed on to me so much knowledge about these cars and i just cant thank him enough, i would also love to say a big thanks to ASSO_MAN who has also answered a ton of my questions not only about yokomo but about a whole heap off other stuff and again would like to thank him for his patience, and last but not least i would like to say a big thanks to peaky for exactly the same reasons that i have already mentioned above.
Ok moving on about 2 months ago i got in touch with a member (wydraz) looking to buy a tomy intruder and after 100's of emails i ended up with this beautiful 92 works masami yz10, i know its not an exact replica but the body and paint job is just amazing.
Well the buggies arrived today and after stripping it down and using some good old elbow grease i got the buggy looking like it just came off the shelf. HERE are some photo's i hope you enjoy.

Re: MY 92 WORKS MASAMI YZ10
Looking great and so glad you are happy with it.
I added the full carbon chassis, top deck and towers, team suzuki motor mount which I think is pretty rare and GPM alloy steering bellcranks.
Are you going to run it?
Dan
p.s. Keep the questions coming - I am happy to help

Noice car mate! You should come race it at our Vintage Festivals at Castle Hill Sydney...i race my yz's ( and other stuff) and you'll enjoy it immensly...track is kind to cars with carpet jumps so u really dont do any damage and they r fairly tuff..unlike the Tamiyas....
Re: 92 MASAMI WORKS YZ10
Thanks for the invitation sounds like a ton of fun but my vintage cars are all shelf queens.

Re: 92 MASAMI WORKS YZ10
So out of interest is this your own variation on the artwork for the 91' or an actual replica paintjob?
Re: 92 MASAMI WORKS YZ10
I'm not sure if its an exact replica as this is how i bought it but i think wydraz can help as he is the one i bought it off.
