I've been looking online and I see that some of the older RC10's like this can be collectable, but from the best I can tell mine is nothing too special nor in prestine condition for a factory restore, so I think I'm going to let my son continue learning with it? If you see something that should be set aside as collectable, please feel free to comment.
Otherwise, here we go... after a couple months of him driving it as it was, new battery with the old electronics (major glitching) and quite a bit of slop in the steering, we're going to try and freshen it up some and maybe bring some new life to it?
Tear down and cleaning has begun:
Resurrecting my old dirt oval for my son hopefully!?
