I am finding that the original shock cap washers are a pretty easy and cheap piece to have made, but cannot determine the actual material they are made of. Anyone know if they are nylon, pet, poly, etc? I am half considering also sourcing the bottom o-ring spacers and washer and making some rebuild kits for original shocks, as the packs are a minimum quantity of 500 pieces

I know you can buy these in packs of four quite cheaply but is there anywhere you guys know of that they can be purchased in bulk, say 20 or so?

Thanks for your help guys i now have a good supply of both types of o rings winging they're way to me. Should be enough there for years of shock rebuilds :D

Anyone know where I can find the really thin orings used inside the shock cap? I searched all over last night and found nothing. I think it’s same size for all Jrx models.

I came across this kit but wasn’t sure if it included the oring. Any help?...

Maybe some of you have encountered this before...

One of the rear shocks on my late model (all black) RC10 Worlds car will not stop leaking between the cap and body. I have replaced the O-ring three times, but doing that has not helped. No damage...

I use the newer style o rings on all of mine.

When you tighten them the first time, you might have to push part of the o ring in with your finger nail.

How compatible are the parts from the original bottom load shocks with the black cap top loading shocks?

Can I use the earlier gold caps from the bottom loaders on the top loaders?

Will they work work with the black o'rings from the black caps?...
