two questions.
First, my buggy currently has the blue shocks on it. Is it worth it to switch over to the hard coated bodies? I have a set of fronts and can get the rear ones for a decent price but i'm not sure if its worth it.

Second, if the 1.02 fronts and the 1.18 rears both use the same shafts how does that work?

I have had my RC10 CE for about 5 months and I am blown away at how much fun its been. I can't drive worth a crud but it's still a kick.

Home Depot sells internal retaining clips but I don't remember if they've got the right size for the shocks. I know they've got the correct size for the 6-gear outdrive gears.

Yes Dadio has finally got an old AE RC10 ! A well used A stamp that's never going to be show standard , I'm probably not doing a build thread but there will be the inevitable questions :D

There was a little + camber on the rear , sorted now , I think the turnbuckles are too long as I can't get much less than neutral camber so I'll have to trim them a little .

I'm pretty sure that I use 30mm turnbuckles on the rear of all my cars....

Anybody know what new Losi part #'s will fit original JRX2 shocks?
I want to replace the front & rear shock shafts, cartridges, and collars.
I think they are pretty much the same shocks as on the
1/10 Dessert Truck, but I'm not positive. Any info...

I've have AE shocks and the Kyosho Golds now. I used to have the old JRX2 shocks BITD. IMHO the Kyosho Golds from 1988(ish) are still the best shocks. They are just great!
