stealth tranny rebuild (confused)

does anybody have a parts list for what i actually need to build the tranny i have the parts list on towerhobbies and it seem's like alot of parts for that lil tranny lol and some of the stuff is discontinued like the part #6578 Associated Stealth Differential OD Hub (left side) so i dont really know if i need it but this is what i bought---> http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXEV49&P=7

That list is correct, you have to source the left side diff halve via eBay or private seller with one. What else are you having trouble with?

just wasnt sure if i really had to order everything on the list,,parts like #6572 Stealth Drive Shaft Roll Pin :?
oh and the price of those bearings almost gave me a stroke lol i dont really wanna spend 60$+ on bearings :mrgreen: i just thought that somebody already been down this road and asked these same questions all i need is the path :D

No, that outdrive is for a different sized differential gear.

If you are building the RPM 2:65 from new parts, I would recommend against it, unless you want to spend a bunch of cash.


You should be able to find a stealth on the bay for about $20-40 complete, which can be used to build the RPM stealth.

hey man rc10.com still has that part you need (left out drive hub) it will be under rc10t in the dicontiued model haha just bout some last week

i haven't seen a left hub on ae's site in atleast a year. maybe longer.
