help with brushed motor specs

Post by harry697 »

Just picked up an old buggy roller and it has a Peak Racing Illusion motor. Endbell says Epic on it and it appears to be fixed timing, but rebuildable. Any ideas as to the turns on this thing? My guess would either be 27 or 19, but don't know until I get a chance to take it apart. Can take some pics if it helps identify it.

Thanks in advance!

Thanks. I got a minute to pull the motor and it said spec 27 on the end of the can. And, yes, it has bushings.

Would this be a decent motor if I cleaned it up and installed some bearings? The can reminds me of the Trinity Midnight2 and P2K that I have, but the arm is much different.
