Tamiya Top Force Evolution (Updated 06-16-11)
My latest acquisition, Not to many Tamiya's get my attention but this will look great next to my 88 Avante, It is a Top Force EVO (replica), I have no clue what would be the difference from a true Top Force EVO and this Replica, Other then some of the alloy parts.
I hope to receive it within the next couple weeks, In rout from England, But for now here are some pics from the listing on TC
Built from all new parts,repro decals,fybre-lite chassis and towers in full carbon,front one way,carbon gearbox shafts,ball diffs,alloy prop,alloy motor mount,alloy front knuckles,alloy c hubs,hi cap dampers,dynatech 02 motor,speed tuned gears.

That is awesome, they are so hard to find I had a regular Top Force back in the day, its had a few option parts - tuned gear set, one way, and hi caps. It was awesome, i regret selling it every day.

I have always liked the look of this car, It might not be completely original but i think the builder did a very nice job of recreating it.

Wow, That's beautiful....
I did not realize that much was different between the TF and TF EVO, Id like the get the front metal parts re anodized black to better match the car, Ill see how it looks when it arrives.
How did the Top Force cars perform on the track? I also did not know the TF had an FRP chassis, I never really looked at them, I loved the Orange wheels on the EVO lol

They performed very well, Jamie Booth took the 91 UK Narionals with what was essentially a TFE.
A chap was running one at our local club just last year with a 9.5 set up and making the A against some pretty hot competition.
