Tamiya FAV re-release announced!
Good news for some of us. I'm just hope it's like the original and not just the body on some new chassis. I wish they would have picked the Wild One version instead though.

Yeah, me too. I had my choice BITD between the FAV and the Hornet as my first hobby grade R/C. Being a kid, the looks of the Hornet won me over.

if it's the original fav then it's a must buy , hope they solve the gear box issue

This is excellent news. I prefer the wild one too, but its easy enough to change the look. I bought a cage and suspension arm/gearbox set several months back and have watched several chassis bid out of my price range. I even started to try and fab my own chassis, but had given up onit lately. Glad I didn't take up the one BIN chassis I saw at over $100!!!

Hopefuly they put a frog gear box like everyone else is doing. that will fix the problem.
