Re: Sick new Tamiya Hornet release
I feel as if there were a lot of other things they could have better invested their money and resources towards besides releasing something like this.
It reminds me a lot like the movie industry. We no longer have any good ideas, so lets take all of the iconic movies of yesteryear and urinate all over them to try and make a quick buck.

Re: Sick new Tamiya Hornet release
To me, it looks like it's caught a disease or something (measles or the like). Perhaps they are trying to make it appear more feminine so the car appeals to a wider demographic....

Wrong type of "S I C K" for me I am afraid..........looks like someone puked over a Hornet after drinking flavoured milk.

Re: Sick new Tamiya Hornet release
I can not open that link, is this what you guys are talking of?
If so, that is horrible!!!!!
Looks like it was designed by one of those trendy Yogurt Ice-cream shop places!
+1 to lowgears response, just to think that they could probably knock out another great beginner chassis instead of adding colors and "churching up" old cars, that are falling behind other companies offerings.
Just my 2.5 Cents worth

That thing looks horiffic I've never been a mad fan of the hornet anyway, but....
Do the Tamiya re-re fans really love this sort of thing?

Re: Sick new Tamiya Hornet release
That reminds me of a hornet you would see on e-bay that someone ruined. You would think maybe with some paint remover it would be worth a 15.00 buy it now...
