Flea Bitten Wild Willy

Post by shodog »

I found this wild willy out at the flea market. Typical seller with a bunch of boxes set out for you to dig through. I spotted this willy sticking out of a box. I asked seller how much and when he said $10, I didn't even try to barter the price down.

I have the driver (minus the head) still holding the shifter... its out at my stepmoms place.. (it used to go with my dad's wild willys) he tossed out years ago because he thought it was junk. (missed it by a week) Here is a shot of his real Wild Willys. We just donated it to the Planes of Fame Museum in Chino CA. Today was the 1st anniversary of his passing.. How cool that you just found that Jeep. If you cant find a driver WITH a head, I will send you the one I still have.

And below..a shot of my own experiences with scaled down Jeeps.

Very nice I love these. I worked all summer one year for our local hobby shop owner, to pay for one of these. it was the second hobby grade car I ever bought over the counter. great find. I wish I still had mine.

Great find!!

My mom found me a Wild Willy at a yard sale for $7.00 that came with a Pajero.

I still have my original Wild Willy as well :D .
