Anyone Know How to Shrink a Gif?

Just found a great gif for an avatar, anyone know how to shrink one?

Resizing it is the easy part.



You're not going to get it under 8kB though. Just for the heck of it I tried. I removed every other frame, plus a couple at the end. Then I turned the colors down to 3 and it was still too big.



Determined to do it I did the same as above but made the entire thing smaller in size. Its under the 8kB mark but we're left with a nice black and white baby.

black and white doesn't really work for halgar...he kinda works in the grey areas of life

LG, what I'd do is remove the flashy flashy "O RLY" and just show the static one at the end. That should drop the file size pretty well.
