Hi
Has anyone on here had any experience of the original Tomy Intruder, from 1990 going by the dates stamped on some parts?
I bought an unknown car. I was shocked when I got it out the box and saw Tomy on the bumper, seems it was a good car in it's day.
Anybody on here any experience with them?
Here's how it arrived - http://www.tamiyaclub.com/showroom_model.asp?cid=61462&id=278

My uncle raced an intruder back in the day, it was the original version (don't know what model it was), it's still laid in his garage. From what I can remember it was a little heavy/over engineered but cool cos it was different.
Experience is that marvelous thing that enables you to recognize a mistake when you make it again.

Your uncle has that laying around and you're not offering it up here for trades or cash?
Anyway, they've gone deep down.
check out what they are offering now for RC
(beside of a collection of infrared controlled historic tanks)
