ANY IL WANNA MAKE A FIELD TRIP WITH ME

Post by 97T595 »

LAST WEEK AT the tamiya race one of the guys there told me to go to an old hobby shop for old rc10 parts well it was like walking in time, there was so much white plastic there i bought it all, and tons of old bodies and such im gonna run up there on sat after work around 1 or so if any one wants to come just pm me for my number. also if theres any part # anyone needs just pm. this place has super old stuff its not cheap about retail but when you have an old dynamic 1/8 scale nib on your self and an old rc500 4wd conversion conversion stuff really didnt move out. ill take some pics its like walking back in time.

Nice score, for sure. I think in the history of this forum, that might be the biggest score of all time.

Was there anything left?

What shop is it?  I need somewhere to go tomorrow morning.

I hit my local shop that has been in business for many years today too and they had tons of old associated parts but no kits... most of the parts are not rc10 tho..

that web address has been around quite awhile. every time i e-mailed then about the availability of parts that were on their site, it took at least 3-4 weeks to get a reply, for them to tell me they don't have it.

They list pure-tech as s manufacturer, but no link to a product page. Could you check to see if they have any velcro battery straps?
I'd gladly buy a couple of the ones with the mounts for the rc10/jrx2
I'll try emailing them too.
Thanks,
-Anthony
