Good catch-I didn't even see that auction. That reminds me of the Optima Mid LWB conversion kit going for about $300. I guess it pays to shop around once in a while...
I saw this lot of Optima aluminum parts on eBay with only one bid of $4.99 and 59 minutes remaining...of particular interest was the front skid-plate, which appears to be in good, un-bent condition...that alone would probably be worth at least $20...

I got a 10T coming in with a bunch of crusty white rpm parts on it. What is the best way to clean these parts? I know the peroxide bath is out of the question. Any and all ideas would be appreciated.

I use a solution of warm water and clorox kitchen/bath cleaner...very diluted. And a ton of elbow grease...
