Losi 2.4ghs radio + reciever

Hi guys, i am looking at the stock Losi 2.4ghz radio with a Spektrum SR3003 reciever. Can i use these with my vintage Sanwa Vortex ESC powering modified 540 brushed motors? I do not know if the reciever will burn out. Please advise me. Thank you.

Nikko Brat, Nikko Dictator II, Nikko Thunder Eagle, Kyosho Pure Ten Nitro, Associated RC10, Associated RC10T, Associated RC10 Graphite, Associated B4, Tamiya Tamtech 1/24 Porsche 962C, Tamiya Striker, Tamiya TRF 501X WCE.

Hey all, Just got back from running one of my Losi Minis up the street and back. About 10 times the range I had before I repaired it

When I got the radio it came with my Mini Crawler and had maybe 10 feet of range, that didn't really bother me...

I replaced my kyosho's outrage msc with this hobbywing 1060 esc and i was wondering where i should put the esc connector. It is strugling to go to channel 2 and if i plug it there the batt plug remains empty, with the old msc the on off switch was...

I would recommend F/B/R which is Forward, Brake and Reverse. Much easier on the gearbox and is quite a bit more drivable.

Hello everyone,

I have just picked a new in box Novak XXL Fm reciever.

My question is can I use my old Futaba Transmitter as it came with AM crystals.
Would Fm crystals transmit perfectly from this Transmitter ?

I don't have a set of 75. mhx....

you need an fm transmitter to work with an fm receiver.... then fm crystals come only after that!

Paul is correct, the XXL was FM only. IF you can locate a Novak Polaris receiver, you can use AM xtals with it. I THINK they are brand...

I've just brought a 'cheepo' waterproof brushed electronic speed contoller for an old (ebay special) R/C boat.... I want to use the original Acoms 27mhz reciever that came with the boat.

The other day I thought i'd test out my new esc in the boat...

Anybody using the the sanwa M-17 radio and if so how do you like it?

How much more do you get over the mt 5 and mt r? I know you can customize the feeling and ergonomics but they are all the same protocol. Is there crazy mixing or something going on?
