Just wondering what are Internal shock springs? I have never seen them for another car, this is the first time I see something like this. So they go inside the shocks? springs rather then stops? Any one use these? Here is a link:

Yep, you are right !
This is the invention of Jukka Steenari.
He used it in place of the current A or B spacers.
That's looks like a pensil spring.
So you put it on the shock shaft between the E clips under the piston and the cartridge.
