Re: tomy intruder and adonis
I have a few gpm hopups.
Also have an Xpress Stryker DTM which is an intruder with short arms and shocks.....easy to convert it to a buggy which I'm tempted to do!

Re: tomy intruder and adonis
Do the Xpress Stryker DTM's come up for sale much. I have only recently learnt about these cars.
Is there a GPM catalogue online I can view? I would be interested to list the parts I have.
I will produce close up shots of what ever any one wants to see. Might take me a week or so as I have a few other commitments. Also should I start a new thread, feel like I am crashing a party but seeing these other cars got me excited.
While continuing to strip back parts last night I noticed a few bent and broken parts. One of these has been repaired in an interesting way. I will post some pics in due course. Also a lot of the screws are seized on some of my bits. Does any one know the grub screw allen key size for the original Intruder hubs. I think I may have rounded one or two of these by accident. I might have to drill them out just to save the axels. Will try heating them up first once I know the correct size??
looking through my bags of bits I also have some new never used parts, a bumper, some other bits that I will save to one side just incase I ever get enough to build a show condition car.
I currently only have RC equipment like old brushed motors and ESC that probably have seen better days. When funds allow I will buy Lipo, brushless motor and other bits to run a car. Thing is not sure if I should just get a cheap combo to run the car and have fun and then upgrade or just wait a bit and get the best I can now. I have an old truck I can move the electrics over to when not using the Tomy. When I take my daughter for a walk over the park and she falls asleep I can get the truck out.

Re: tomy intruder and adonis
Thought you guys might find this interesting.

holes match up with the Tomy chassis.
Guys, if you don't mind I am going to start a separate Tomy Intruder thread for my builds. I feel I have intruded on this thread a bit which wasn't my intention. I plan to rebuild a couple of these cars and may even build one using the chassis pictured. I am also going to add pictures of all my spares, mod parts etc. Give me a bit of time, might have to be after Christmas. My daughter take priority

Re: tomy intruder and adonis
Hi Dan, I'm not sure what to do with this one yet, I have just been taking some photos of all my bits, well most of them and need to work out how many cars can be fully or partially built. I think the chassis may just look nice on the shelf.
Re: tomy intruder and adonis
Doesnt look to have a rtc slipper on any. just the spur gear adapter. far left one is the stock 60/40 style one.
