you can download the manual for that esc on novak's website.
http://www.teamnovak.com/download/instructions/index.html
scroll about half way down the page.
the batteries should be fine, but i don't know if there's a motor limit.

Is the A-9903 XX graphite long chassis collectible or is only the short and normal one what everyone wants?

Re: Ok so lets talk about the Losi XX cars ??
Why isn't the XX more popular? From a money standpoint they are practically worthless. I don't know why. It was a very good car and is still quite capable. It seems like it is the least valuable Losi car but it's 4wd counterpart has a huge cult following making it very valuable. It can be a bit fragile in places but the XXX isn't that much tougher. A XX just sold on ebay with full electronics (brushed motor and FM radio) for $65. That's a nice price for someone wanting to get into 2wd off road racing on a budget who still wants a competitive car. They go for even cheaper without electronics. It's easier to just buy a spare car instead of spare parts on their own. What it is about them that few people like? RC10's and JRX's go for far more as do XXX's.

Anybody tried XXT rear wheels on the Double-x? I'm trying to expand tire possibility.

I think there was a XXL version as a hop-up or tuning option.

Not much information out there. Was there a part # for the body, and was there a kit or just the option?Charlie don't surf wrote:

According to Rich Trujillo (Losi Category Manager), whom I just traded e-mails with. That never came from us nor did we ever produce a bodyscr8p wrote:i think the body part number was 8008xl or something like that.
for something like that.
They (Team Losi) only used the LOSA9903 long chassis for the XXT, and never offered a longer version of the XX with this chassis.
The XXL as shown in the picture from Reggie, must be a project from another race team perhaps????? We may never know
Any thoughts Reggie? Jason?

Jay has one, there was some type of history like the lengthened B4.1 for a specific race as I knew
