Ach! Another excellent A&L, how do you guys find the time to finish all your projects so quickly?

It looks amazing...

oh, it wasn't done that quick. i've had the chassis for like 2 1/2 months now.

a lot of it depends on having all the parts you want to complete it. i was actually gonna use the old gold shock on it, but i couldn't find any nip gold shock caps. so, i decided to use the mip bodies. then i stripped a set of ft blue caps, and went over them with a gray scotch brite pad. i think they look ok like that.

Which body are you trimming for this dude?

I got one of the 2 seater funco's from Mr. Lexan. Looks to be an excellent fit so far. I have done a rough cut, but not all the nit picky stuff to get it to sit down where I want it yet.
I have always hated that part.

I plan on doing a similar paint scheme to that in the pic below. It is a pic of one of the original buggies Ivan Stewart ran in Baja. I wish I could find a better overall pic of the car, but so far, no luck..

as jay said, i have the same one. mine's at the same point as yours...... just rough cut. i'm actually kinda worried i might have trimmed the sides up a little too high. i'm not gonna know until it's all trimmed up though. i hope it'll be alright.
