Tamiya 9805481 works with 1.9" touring rims

That's the ones I'm looking for first but they are very rare.

Received the VTA 21mm wheels and the tires are almost tuck inside the body. The right diameter might finally be the RC4WD Dirt Grabber, the Tamiya BFGs were a tad too small

Here's another inspiration (a TA02 would be a better fit for this one):
