That is what I was thinkin as well. I know the stuff is thick, I just don't know the difference in the density of the PC versus the anodizing.

has anyone tried to powder coat shock bodies??

You would have to tape off the threads for the cap and the hole for the rod. Excess build up of the coating would make them un-usable. Springs MIGHT be an issue to depending on the coater and the resultant thickness.

Ah good point that was what I was worried about. The rod hole. I handnt thought about the threads.
