Experience is that marvelous thing that enables you to recognize a mistake when you make it again.

what if there was a corner at the end of the 1/4...FlyinGN wrote:thanks guys..Thats my full size RC car:) Runs 11.7's with the ac on and power everything. Runs 170 degrees in 100 degree summer traffic with the ac on:)

i'm considering a 04 cobra myself. pretty much the same type of car as the gn being its something the factory put out thats worth putting time into. i've been a gm guy for all my life, but i'm tired of a junk car wrapped around a great engine that also coulda been built better. i would still consider a c5 z06 if i manage to find one for a decent price.
the new challenger looks sweet as well. i just dunno if i'll want to throw down 50k on one... same with the gt500.
the old timers can say what they want, but the golden age for musclecars is right freaking now.

I used to be into MkII Cortinas (had a few 1600 GT's), and have a friend that used up a few MkI Lotus Cortinas. Terrific fun!
Another aquaintance (here in Ohio, of all places) runs the LeJog. Last year in a MkII Escort RS2000 (first in class!), previously in a MkI Cortina GT, and next year he'll be in a DATSUN 510 (Bluebird) which he's currently converting to RHD.
Neat stuff!
