you need to check the jpg compression on your photo editor software: your pictures and scans are very blurry and have a lot of defects related to high compression settings.

One of my favorite old school ads. I love that car and it's paint job. Seems like a lot of my old RCCA's have that ad on the inside back cover.

re-viewing the picture at home I found the wireless connection I was on uses a modifier to keep the band-use down.
The picture looks way better than I thought.
