rc10 GT engine question

I'm going old school on mine, a real MADE IN THE USA K&B .18 engine. They are available from Mecoa and I have a machined head coming for it since mine came with the sport head. The pull start fits the non pull start mounts perfectly, but needs a pull start header which is a hard part to find currently.

This one comes with the better head....

That is awesome! Appreciate that tip and Link! Can I take a dremel and polish the edges of that black head to get the bare machined look or is that a different process

Just get some reasonably fine sandpaper and lay it on something flat like glass or melamine or wrap some sandpaper around a flat stick/block and sand the edges. Once the anno is removed give them a light polish and your set.
I was old school - when old school wasn't cool !
