Re: Yokomo Works '91 re-re
I have plenty of OG Works chassis, so I won't be picking one of these up. However, it is great to see and I'm all for YZ10 proliferation.

Re: Yokomo Works '91 re-re
I've been getting feedback from buyers of the jammin style upper braces I sell for the rere, they are shattering the plastic covers. Since the 91 bolts to these covers too I suspect they will either need to do some work with changing plastics or somehow making the parts stronger or else they will also be shattering. I just wonder if they know yet

Re: Yokomo Works '91 re-re
How similar to associated small bore threaded body shocks do y'all think these are? I gather they're fully metric vs imperial and nothing swaps.

Re: Yokomo Works '91 re-re
Amain lists the i think Xtrmeme carbon chassis set for both 870/YZ10 and Works 91. Im wondering if the bolt patterns are the same for the components between the 2 versions and this exodesign would work as well. Guess Ill find out when the stuff arrives...

Re: Yokomo Works '91 re-re
At some point i plan to run them at TRCR, 2wd buggy one day, trucks another and 4wd (MR4BX, Masami 89, Re re and works )another day. Id rather run on old school dirt track, but....
Re: Yokomo Works '91 re-re
I preordered one from A-main and it arrived right before Christmas - which I was not expecting to see until January. I have been going at it slow as I've been modeling each part in CAD for replacement parts - but you could probably knock it out in 3 hours. The design/kit is very easy (and efficient). It's definitely no Procat and simpler than the Optima Mid. My only complaints are that the hinge pin/arm fit feels a little sloppy and the ridiculously small e-clips. Some of those have been touched on in posts about the 870C and are minor. It is a nice kit - a little pricey but it is a rerelease that I really wanted to see. I'm hoping with renewed interest, we will see the '93 Works and some day (maybe) the '94.

Re: Yokomo Works '91 re-re
I just scored and original '91 works... how many of the re-re parts will likely fit it? Anyone know?
