Re: along came a spider...................
well, the issues with my feet and legs have pretty much cleared up. it was vasculitis for sure, and not a bug/spider bite.
but.................
this past tuesday afternoon, i got hurt at work (long story). but more or less, i was lifting something heavy, and something popped in the front of my neck. about 10 mins. later, i started shaking real bad, my heart rate jumped up, got light headed, and i almost pasted out. so, i got an ambulance ride to the hospital, and they checked me out. took x-rays, did a CAT scan of my neck, did blood work, etc. i was there like 6-7 hours. they couldn't seem to find exactly what was wrong, though. nothing really showed up on the CAT scan. so....................
all i know is................ something isn't right. my neck is pretty sore. my family doctor thinks i might have torn a muscle, or something like that. i'm having a rough week. that's for sure.

Re: along came a spider...................
Since most of us are all 30 Somethins, if you havent figured it out yet, we are getting older. Hell, four more years I will be 40. Seems like just yesterday that my parents were turning 40. We need to start taking care of ourselves, eat right, exercise, sleep more, reduce the stress....... the last one is something this hobby is good for. I know we all have thought about taking better care of ourselves, well stop thinking about it and just freakin DO IT! No more excuses.
I am not here cause I am playing photographer and on my mountain bike.
