Yea it was. My first race buggy was a jrx2 and I converted it when the proformance kit came out so I have been looking for a nice one for awhile.

Is Acetone safe on Losi wheels?

Should be ok on those red wheels, but test first.
The early Pale Orange wheels will melt.

Most Losi jrx wheels are nylon..and ok with acetone and can be dyed.

So upon tearing this down and the 5 link I picked up I decided to just build one mint 5 link car as the proformance car was a little more worn than I first thought.
