Most likely a scam site. Most all rc pricing is locked in these days, and by advertising below that street price you will lose your account, so if low prices are bringing you there, that’s a red flag. If you are seeing items that are not available anywhere else (out of stock, backordered, discontinued, etc) that’s another red flag. I would not shop there

I almost fell for one recently and even posted it on here asking questions, even though I know the prices were too good to be true. They hit you in a pretty legit way to make you believe them. Same with transvestites. Fool me once, shame on them. Fool me six times in 3 months, shame on me...
