A Quick Bullet Resto
The pandemic has been taxing my patience and wallet for the past 16 months. I decided to build a collection of sets of cars from a few different manufactures-EX) RC10, RC10T, RC10L, TC3, etc. I've been focusing the most on vintage Traxxas as of late and picked up a pretty complete Bullet that needed some TLC. Best part...I didn't have to buy anything! Still need to pick up some battery mounts. Here are some of the before and after pics. Since this is RC10Talk, I had to put a SabulaTech Turbo Mirage body on it!
RC10, FX10, JRX2 PRO, Blackfoot, Bolink Eliminator...much more, probably too much.

Re: A Quick Bullet Resto
That came out really nice

If a jobs not worth doing then its certainly not worth doing well.

Thank you, it did! I was surprised how well the shocks cleaned up, I like the bling!

Can't seem to find one that isn't crazy $$$, perhaps once the market settles I can pick one up.

I may have one laying around... I'll do some digging in my pile of old Traxxas parts. It may be dingy and need some cleaning... that ok?

Re: A Quick Bullet Resto
Neat build. I have gotten bitten by the RC bug pretty hard.
Do you have a machining or mechanical background?
I am getting back into things after a super long hiatus.
I like learning from all of you
