Aluminum RC10 3 piece wheels

I came across these a couple weeks ago. The are shaped just like the original 3 piece wheels but the front piece is aluminum. The back and middle spacer (not sure what it's called) are still plastic but chrome plated. Anyone know who makes these? I know Sees makes aluminum wheels but not sure who else could make these. Anyone know? Appreciate the help.

A few different people have made those in aluminum over the years. I figured they were all aluminum. Maybe some of the manufactures only made the faces in aluminum.
