Re: HPI RS4MT ready to hit the track ...
cool. for some reason those rs4mt hold a place in my heart. Can't get them to hold together very long but I just like the idea of the whole truck.
Of course the belts don't like very powerful brushless techno but they are a blast to drive. Maybe if I could just get away from the on/off driving style it would help

Nice. I have one I'm stockpiling parts for to rebuild at some point. Who's steering setup is that? Everything I search for is for the Nitro MT.

yes, going more than 2S on ANY vintage isnt wise if you want to keep it running .. things were not designed to run on 12+ volts at warp9 back in the day lol ...klavy69 wrote: ↑Tue May 05, 2020 3:34 pm cool. for some reason those rs4mt hold a place in my heart. Re: HPI RS4MT ready to hit the track ...
not sure, it came in the junk box that came along with the model when i got it, but im sure it was a nitro version setup back when at some point ... integy makes an aluminum steering for the sprint2 that can be made to work and looks nice ive used it on another one before, it does take some finagalin to get it set up right though so .. the price was right on it ..
