Revived RC10 Graphite...and (re) Intro

Post by NeonNoodle »

Thought I’d post a way long overdue update on a car I asked a question about here many years ago. Like many hobbies of mine, this one went dormant for a long time, hence my absence here. The good news is that the car I asked about in this thread from many years ago did ultimately get completed and is back on the road.

I like to keep my vintage stuff vintage, so nothing fancy here. 75 MHz radio, vintage HPI chrome five spokes, everything else was already on this one when I acquired it. The vintage Viper body had already been painted solid, and not sure I completely dig the “dice” graphics, but I needed to break up all the pink with something I could stick on. I’m happy with how it came out and it’s one of my favorites. Here it is...

Graphite chassis, pocket rocket motor, aftermarket arms, HPI wheels, street tires and a front bumper...................................man thats a nice package looks great.

Can I suggest purchasing a painted body from Andy's Rc Paint that would set that thing off something fierce.....

I concur. The trans appears to be aftermarket as well. Very nice indeed! 8)

Yep...identified on that original post as an A&L lethal weapon trans and Robinson Racing steering.

Those arms are JG monster truck conversion arms. If you got another pair of fronts let me know.
