That's a good solution for the brake , can't wait to see the body finished.

It's gonna look killer once you get that metallic lime green paint applied!

Re: Kyosho Nitro Brute Restoration
Its a sad day, as the Nitro Brute restoration is done. It was truly the most fun i have had workin on rc's, and i have worked on a bunch. One last detail is to change out the s148 steering servo to a savox sc-0251. That s148 has trouble with those big tires returning to center. Got the belt cover on too. We'll here it is, comments welcome, even negative ones! Maybe March's build of the month wont fill uo and i can enter it, after Thumbs takes it for a spin.

Ran the Brute and Outlaw Rampage just moments ago. Both started and ran great! Classic!

New mod. New custom lower 30t pulley and wider belt. Stock was a 40t. Hopen for some sick mph. Stock its pretty slow

Re: Kyosho Nitro Brute Restoration
Sweet mod! I actually liked it the way it was though. You pull the trigger and you're instantly at top speed. Top speed of about 9 MPH!
It was awesome driving it that way though. I thought it gave it a scale look while it was running because it was all revved up, but not really going anywhere fast.
