picked up a frog and grasshopper with some intresting mods
picked up this pair of Tamiya buggies 2 days ago along with what's left of a fx10 and a big box of frog/grasshopper parts
first thing I did was order new bodies
and after going through them drive trains seem good
missing a few small parts but will be nice once im done
the frog has some nice black alloy rear shocks and looks like lots of metal upgrades but the front blue alloy shocks are really neat they have a tube connecting them to equalize them
the grasshopper has a nice metal front shock tower (hard to tell if its home made of an actual engineered part)
and alloy shocks all around
cant wait to get these guys cleaned up and running again
sorry for the bad pics the 2yr old would not leave the grasshopper alone lol
looks like it may be his first rc car lol

The front shocks on the frog and rear shocks on the grasshopper are from You-G. Front shocks on the grasshopper look like the CRP kit
