About ten month ago I earn an original 6 gear in pretty good condition , to be honest my first idea was just to clean it and re-sell it.
But as the cleaning came along , I was more and more impressed by the quality and the ingenuity of this car.
Becoming more and more attached to it, I painted a rere protech body (the only none original part of this build).
Not a true replica of the jay halsey but more a tribute to this iconic car.
First of all , the transmission : the first "real" mecanical device I had to work on ; when considering RC cars.
I love it !

Now I'm thinking of a correct period electronic to put in.
I already have an old ko exII, an M&Y motor and I rewired a MC112B for the occasion.
Are they fine for this 85-88 car ?
