Apparently at some point I bought a tub and buggy nose off eBay (recently too, surprised the heck out of me when I found it in my bin), and it looked like it had been stripped and painted metallic blue. Has anybody had success stripping the chassis...

I just did one of mine. Just scuffed it really well with fine sand paper, primed it with self etching primer and painted it with about 5 coats of semi gloss black tremclad. It's hard to tell it apart from a powder coat or ano job but i'm sure it's...
