3% is on the low side iirc... it just takes longer :)

I use the 3%. Don't dilute it at all. Fill up a jar, dump in the parts, and set it out in the sun.

I use 3% too. You can find 6% at the chemist I believe, and from memory it's the same price as the 3%, so I just dilute 50/50 to make 3% as it goes further. If you use too strong of a solution it goes chalky and powdery. Many use UV light but the Australian sun in summer seems to be plenty, just stir the parts occasionally.
