Aftermarket SC10 Shocks for 10T?
Hi everyone, I need some help locating replacement shocks for my 10T. I've searched on here and it seems that many of the shocks that have been recommended have since been discontinued. Can anyone please send some advice based on what is currently available? It seems also like SC10 shocks will work as well however, those are also discontinued, but aftermarket support is still available. Would generic SC10 replacement shocks or those from Proline be a good option?

there are lots of rc10t shock lots on ebay usually. Unless you need NIP, those are usually a great deal.
this seller is a very good guy:

Re: Aftermarket SC10 Shocks for 10T?
Appreciate the suggestion. I'd really prefer to go with a threaded shock body. The old collars always strip out and it's not as clean of a look. There's generic shocks out there for the SC10 from Hot Racing, Integy, Pro Line, and Gmade that I think could do the trick. Any feedback on any of these brands? Pro Line seems to be the best of the lot but are obviously more expensive.jwscab wrote: ↑Mon Jul 23, 2018 12:41 pm there are lots of rc10t shock lots on ebay usually. I've had proline and bashed the crap outta them with good luck. I liked them on my platinum slash 4x4. Had integy but shafts were really kinda weak. Bent easily for me anyway. As far as the others I haven't strayed away from factory too often so those are my only experiences.
This is the worst way to go about it but your best bet for a decent set of shocks but I've picked up complete buggy/truck lots just for certain parts and dumped the rest back on ebay to recoup my money. For my sc10 4x4 I bought a complete new truck kit for the FT shocks that came with it to put on my used sc10 4x4 and sell the new kit to get my money back. That way a $100+ set of shocks only cost me about $20 minus my time in the end. Sometimes that works out and sometimes it doesn't though.
