One dollar buggy/truck stand

When it's R/C related, but doesn't fit anyplace else.

Here's my solution, it looks a tad classier than wash sponges, anyway. :mrgreen:

I get these little acrylic trays from the dollar store for a buck or buck-and-a-half each, stick on strips of foam or rubber tape, then put the cars on them. Keeps the tires off the shelf. Not too useful as a pit stand, though. :lol:

If you have a DOLLAR TREE or an EVERTHING FOR $1 store there is an abundance of different stands you can get. In the DollarTree 'storage' section they sell these little baskets that come 3 for a buck that work out great too for 1/10 scale. 1/8 scale a little too heavy. I tried uploading pix to here but my ISP is so slow it just doesn't work real good for me yet. Maybe when my daughter doesn't drain our data plan down I'll try to figure something out on my phone for pix someday :roll:

I like the idea of that sponge but just a headsup if you are into nitro at all...once it soaks up some good goo the sponge will strip anno off your chassis if you aren't careful :wink:
