looks good Slebenelch. im going to have to try sanding one of mine down. just for the look. dont think i would have thought to use the sander 8)

@Siebenelch: How did you do the grinding? axial with angled chassis or 90 degrees to the belt? I want to cut down my chassis, too! And by the way, do you sell one of the rear truck shock towers? Or where did you get them?
...and if yes, why not?

i love running the mill. I have become the main prototype builder where i work (not to bad for a kid just a few years out of high school) but my real love is cnc machining/milling. I am truly lucky to have nearly unlimited access to both a cnc mill and over head cnc router. I have been working on a chassis i drew up in solidworks that i have intentions of cutting out on a cnc. we'll have to see how that goes :)

i love looking at these cut and milled chassis'. sweet stuff. if this was a profession...and the pay was good i would be doing it for a living.
