SO Much for the B-Pan Build, got a whole RC10T

Post by Legio10 »

Like it says I ended up getting this rig off eBay for 79 shipped. Seemed like a good deal. I will have to strip out the old electronics or just run old school not sure yet. My guess is a later 7035 kit with the all black arms and shock towers. I was doing the math and by the time I cobbled all the parts together its cheaper just to build off and upgrade this thing. It was missing the body but I was thinking of running a buggy or trying to find some sort of 50's "Gasser" type body for it.

You got a decent deal on that one. If your looking for a "50's Gasser Style" body, maybe a RJ Speed Legends body would work for you. http://www.rjspeed.com/

Turns out it's just a bushing sport truck so will need some upgrading as far as bearings go. Anyone put together a "kit" for these including the stealth trans? Truck is in really good shape with no broken parts. All I really will have to do is clean it up and upgrade a few parts. It is bone stock. I threw a receiver in it for grins to run it as it. Well let me just say it is a slug. I will be upgrading the SC and motor for sure, along with the B4 top shaft etc. Very stable platform, my younger will be using this for sure. Far better than his re-re Lunchbox.
