Hi, welcome to the forum! Interesting that you had an RC trike that made an early impression...so did I! Although not hobby-grade, they were significantly better than toy-grade. My parents brought me this as a gift, they bought it while travelling to Japan. I've never seen anything quite like it; it has lights, a pop-out wheelie "bar" and the tall seat lets you position the batteries 2 ways, for speed or for wheelies. I still have it, and everything still works!

Similarly, my first hobby-grade RC car was a Tamiya Frog, after building a Marui Galaxy for my younger brother and a Marui Hunter for my cousin (they weren't into building things). Our paths diverge though, from the Frog, I went over to the dark side and got a Kyosho Optima.

Hey Guys. Thank you for the warm welcome. The 3 wheeler that was my first R/C was the shinsei dust runner honda atc250. A bit different but some similarities to your first. I have to offer much appreciation to you guys for getting the ten 4 designed and put together. I am looking to start obtaining the parts. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Best Regards.
